The event and the product

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp is a multi-day immersion: campers rehearse and perform with guest artists, move between rooms and bands, and run on a schedule that changes in real time.

Rock Camp needed one official place for that complexity — not PDFs, not scattered group chats. We shipped their branded app on our Live Event Platform: authenticated access for campers, schedule and assignment surfaces, moderated chat, pushes for ops, artist and staff profiles, and the other modules listed on the next slide.

Product goal

Give campers and production a single, trustworthy surface for “where do I need to be, with whom, and when” — plus the community and content layers that sit alongside that spine.
